The agency is structured around 4 activities: Media, Brand Experience & Brand (Event) Partnerships, Services and Data. The Role

Within the role of Brand Experience & Partnerships manager you will work with agencies and brands to create impactful brand campaigns in our shopping centres. 

As part of a high-performance team, you are challenged to sell and deliver physical, digital and online (360°) consumer engaging brand activations that, when used together, drive high levels of brand exposure for the client brand, whilst generating revenues for the business.  

As part of the Northern European Westfield Rise team, you will operate on the Dutch market and, if required, the wider (Northern) European market. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Drive revenues for Westfield Rise according to Westfield Rise strategy, delivery standards, annual Business Plan and budgets  
  • Actively engage brands and agencies for new client briefs or respond to inbound client briefs, create, pitch and sell engaging consumer brand campaigns (incl. “Dominations”) making use of Westfield Rise assets 
  • Develop and maintain a strong national and international brand and agency client network, lead and grow client relationships to sustainable business partnerships 
  • Structure multi-year brand partnerships involving multiple inventories and assets (360° campaigns) to generate high value recurring deals   
  • Seek new and profitable business opportunities within URW’s shopping centers - lever existing URW physical assets and events to develop long-term recurring revenues  
  • Professional account management to your client, from negotiation to evaluation 
  • Working alongside the Northern Europe and European Westfield Rise team to land cross-border deals 
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrable (minimum 3 years) experiential, brand partnerships and/or (D)OOH media campaign experience dealing with brands and/or agencies (client or agency side)
  • Relevant experience and a proven track record of selling or buying Brand Partnerships, Experiential or Events, relevant working experience at agency-side is preferred 
  • Gets energized by maintaining and expanding relationships and build on their existing network of brands and/or agencies to open doors at the appropriate level 
  • Possess a continuous drive to push the boundaries of creating impactful integrated media and experiential campaigns 
  • Excellent sales skills and verbal & written communication and presentation skills (Dutch + English language) 
  • Experience in working with experiential and/or media campaign data and delivering recommendations that drive value for the client  
  • Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail  
  • Self-starter, driven and self-motivated to deliver results 
  • Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities 
  • Interested in and open to learn and advance new data solutions as part of the customer proposition
