Business Development Sr Manager - Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce

Key Responsibilities:


● Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development
strategies tailored to the Benelux market.
● Analyze market opportunities to build new brand partnerships and contribute
to Humanz’s growth in the region.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with potential brand partners and
represent Humanz BV in C-level meetings.
● Oversee the sales pipeline, ensure revenue targets are met, and provide
strategic performance forecasts.
● Develop commercial models for strategic partnerships and oversee contract
processes at a senior level..
● Collaborate closely with global, product, and operations teams to enhance
the customer experience and improve process efficiency.
● Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and turn these into
growth opportunities.
● Monitor influencer marketing trends, competitors, and industry developments
within the Dutch market.

Qualifications / Required Skills:


● 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
● Previous experience in technology, SaaS, digital advertising, influencer
marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
● Proven track record in new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships,
and driving revenue growth.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
● A strategic mindset with solid knowledge of marketing, social media, and
digital trends.
● A leadership-oriented profile with the ability to communicate effectively with
both internal teams and external stakeholders.
● Familiarity with the Benelux market dynamics is a strong plus
● Native Dutch and fluent English are required; proficiency in any additional
European language is a plus.
